Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen and filter CVs in detail to ensure alignment with job requirements and job descriptions requested by users.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews by matching candidate and user availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate names, interview dates, positions applied for, interviewers, results, and references.
  • Actively source potential candidates through multiple platforms and channels.
  • Communicate join dates to the relevant PIC for inventory and data preparation.
  • Prepare and issue Offer Letters to selected candidates.
  • Monitor employee resignations and proactively source replacements to minimize vacancy periods.
  • Organize and maintain HR documentation such as CVs, onboarding/offboarding forms, resignation letters, SPHK letters, etc.
  • File complete employee records including CVs, ID cards, family cards, and other personal documents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; degrees in Psychology or Law are preferred.
  • Preferably has experience in recruiting Beauty Advisor/ Sales Promotor / Waitress (not by agency)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment juggling between multiple priorities.
  • Possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines.
  • An initiative and creative person, able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also part of project team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Minimum experience 2 years
