• Strong understanding of TNA, LMS, training management, and performance systems.
• Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Training Needs Analysis and develop annual training plans.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor internal and external training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular reports.
