Adecco Indonesia is supporting a leading digital bank in Indonesia to find a Head of Retail Operations (Banking & FinTech) based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

1. Over 10 years of progressive experience in retail banking, preferably with exposure to collections and recovery.
2. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with proven success in process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement projects.
3. Leadership experience managing large-scale retail banking operations, including lending, customer acquisition, credit risk, risk operations (fraud & AML), and collection strategies.
4. Strong exposure to collections management, with a track record of improving collection performance, reducing delinquency rates, and implementing recovery strategies.
5. Experience in both traditional banking and digital lending/fintech environments is highly desirable.
6. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
7. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, risk, compliance, and tech divisions.
