This position manages the Request Project system, reports to the Director, and acts as a liaison between stakeholders and developers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple complex IT projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams, Product Owners, and IT to resolve issues.
  • Maintain clear project documentation.
  • Serve as the main contact for project challenges.
  • Track project progress across teams.
  • Ensure effective communication among teams.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate working groups to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Develop project plans aligned with business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • At least 2 years in core banking services or integration, with over 3 years in a similar role.
  • Understanding of the Project Life Cycle in banking tools and integrations.
Technical knowledge in:
  • Service API and middleware integration
  • Core banking systems and tools
  • Loan Origination in core banking (as a user)
  • ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 formats
  • Project documentation
  • SDLC processes for Core Banking Integration
  • SQL queries and data management
  • Experience in SDLC and system delivery management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Proactive attitude: "See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It."
  • Stakeholder management skills.
Bonus points if:
  • You understand Product & Business Context Knowledge of Projects.
  • You have experience communicating with clients and partners.
  • You have worked in an IT consulting or software house environment.
