About The Role:

As part of the Data Analyst team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems through data and analytics solutions. You will play a key role in fostering a data-driven culture by enabling stakeholders to make data-based decisions. If you enjoy working with large datasets and want to develop your technical, business, and product skills, this role is for you.

What Will You Do:

• Analyze the impact of new features, business flows, and campaigns; present results visually to facilitate data storytelling.
• Create and manage automated reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain Data Marts to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Advise stakeholders on metrics, data sources, visualizations, and analytical methods for better decision-making.
• Translate complex messages into simplified, business-applicable insights.
• Prioritize accuracy and timely delivery of tasks.
• Stay updated on data and analytics trends.

What You Need To Have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Proficiency in creating user-friendly dashboards/reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Ability to work with various data sources (NoSQL, RDBMS, JSON, etc.).
• Experience in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis using tools like BigQuery, Python, R, or SPSS.
• Knowledge of Data Mining concepts (statistics, machine learning, forecasting).
• Experience with Core Banking data and understanding of digital lending processes.
• Strong storytelling skills to explain projects effectively.
• Holistic and cross-functional thinking.
• Comfort working with millions of data rows.
• Innovative mindset to propose alternative solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Self-driven, curious, problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail.

Plus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Google BigQuery & Looker.
• Experience exploring data from third-party platforms (web/mobile analytics, marketing attribution, APIs).
• Best practices in building Data Marts.
