Responsibilities
  1. Bring new potential anchor & debtor to Amar Bank.
  2. Achieve targets set by management.
  3. Implement effective work plans and marketing strategies for loan products based on market segmentation.
  4. Disburse debtors under the SCF ecosystem.
  5. Create Credit Proposals (New and Renew).
  6. Assess credit structures suitable for customers and the bank; determine creditworthiness.
  7. Maintain relationships with existing anchors & debtors.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree in any field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in commercial products.
  3. Possess a commercial customer database.
  4. Understanding of SCF schemes.
  5. High motivation and initiative.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
