Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products.
• Design and maintain relational databases and schemas.
• Test products in controlled and real environments before deployment.
• Achieve engineering and organizational goals through related tasks.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing user needs, system flow, and data usage.
• Propose technological improvements for products and processes.
• Present system improvement ideas, produce specifications, and write code.
• Maintain systems post-deployment and optimize applications regularly.
• Mentor junior staff and perform code reviews.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Backend Development.
• Knowledge of Source Code Management tools like Git and Subversion.
• Proficiency in PHP, NodeJS, Java, C; Go is a plus.
• Experience with testing methodologies and web services (RESTful APIs).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic) and container orchestration (Docker).
• Passion for software engineering and application optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
