Responsibilities:

• Direct system testing and validation procedures
• Lead software programming and documentation development
• Consult with departments or customers on project status and proposals
• Collaborate on technical issues including system design and maintenance
• Analyze information to recommend and plan new system installations or modifications
• Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications
• Design and develop software to predict outcomes and design consequences
• Prepare reports on project specifications and activities
• Coordinate with product managers on system limitations and capabilities

Requirements:

• Passionate about software engineering, with experience as a lead, individual contributor, or senior
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find optimal solutions
• Proficient in programming languages such as Golang, Javascript/Typescript, or Java/Kotlin
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design (OOD)
• Solid experience with RDBMS fundamentals
• Experience with large-scale applications and distributed caching techniques
• Knowledge of server-side caching and performance optimization at the application level
