About the position:
  • The B2B Platform Product Owner will enhance and scale the bank's Embedded Banking Framework (EBF) SDK.
  • As a Product Owner, you will drive the development of a modular, scalable SDK that serves as a business unit channel for Retail Banking, Retail Credit, and Business Banking services.
  • You will collaborate with partners, internal teams, and engineers to ensure the SDK supports diverse use cases while maintaining a balance between customization and standardization.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the SDK’s roadmap to improve scalability and support diverse product use cases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align the SDK’s capabilities with business goals.
  • Ensure the SDK can support all business units (Retail Banking, Retail Credit, Business Banking) and partner-specific customizations.
  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Requirements (PRD & Wireframe)
  • Work with engineering teams to design a modular and scalable SDK architecture.
  • Ensuring the SDK meets market needs.
  • Liaise with partners, business units, and technical teams to align priorities.
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts between customization and scalability between product, business, engineering and sales.
  • Monitor the SDK’s performance and usability, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative banking solutions.
  • Drive Product Experimentation with Proper Methodology
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and feature definition.
  • Minimum of 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, SaaS, or platform products.
  • Proven experience analyzing customer platforms, improving user experiences, and performing drop-off analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and modular architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with scalable technical platforms, including SDKs and APIs.
  • Knowledge of banking or fintech ecosystems (bonus if experience spans Retail Banking, Retail Credit, or Business Banking).
  • Proven track record of improving scalability and supporting diverse product use cases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with fintech, embedded banking, or BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service) is a must.
  • Proficiency in product innovation and strategic methodologies.
Bonus point if:
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B market research / Product market fit.
  • Having any Product or Project Management Certification (PMP, CSPO, etc.) is a plus.
