The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding requirements, and ensuring satisfaction with company services. Proficiency in professional Mandarin is essential, alongside strong communication and negotiation skills. This position is perfect for fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in sales or client relations.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Account Management/Sales.

- Able to work with targets and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between the company and clients.
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare account progress reports for management.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

- Fluent in professional Mandarin, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Engineering background is a strong advantage
- Educational background in Mandarin Language Studies from China/Taiwan is an added advantage
- Fresh graduate or has 1–2 years of experience in Account Management / Client Relations / Sales
- Able to work with targets and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring all client needs are met
- Manage, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams (engineering/operations)
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups regarding company products or services
- Ensure smooth workflow from proposal, project coordination, to after-sales service
- Prepare account progress reports and project status updates for management
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions
- Maintain client satisfaction and handle complaints in a professional manner
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
