Senior Technical Consultant (IT Infrastructure)

As a Solution Architect (IT Infrastructure) at PT Sapta Tunas Teknologi, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced IT infrastructure solutions to support the company's business objectives. In this full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance of the organisation's technology systems.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure solutions
• Design and document complex IT infrastructure architectures, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of infrastructure solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT operations team to maintain the infrastructure
• Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of the IT infrastructure to meet changing business needs
• Identify and recommend innovative technologies and best practices to enhance the organisation's IT capabilities
• Participate in the development of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture and design, preferably in a complex or enterprise-level environment
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as network design, server and storage infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and technologies for infrastructure design, monitoring, and automation
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex technical challenges
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL
