Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion (e.g., software upgrades, system migrations).
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud computing, and security systems.
• Develop and execute IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Lead and manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification with optimal performance of systems.
• Develop and manage the IT department budget (annually and forecasted).
• Monitor and mitigate risks, including managing security breaches or incidents.
• Provide consult on troubleshooting of systems, networks, and cloud application problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Prepare and manage audits.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure IT systems comply with local regulations, including data privacy laws.
• Monitor performance of all IT systems and networks to ensure smooth operations; conduct routine assessments to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Test and evaluate new technology and provide insight and opinion on best implementation methods to enhance business operations.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on new systems, software, and IT best practices, ensuring they are equipped to use technology efficiently.
• Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure); manage the cloud solutions for scalability, cost efficiency, and efficient usage.
• Provide regular reports on IT system performance, security, and project statuses to top management.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all IT processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position of IT infrastructure management or enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Experience in IT project management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest technological trends and innovations.
• Required language: English
• Location: Must stay in Jakarta area and be willing to do fully WFO at Central Jakarta.
• Willing to travel around Southeast Asia as needed for business process.
