Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA preferred).
• 15 years of experience in finance/accounting, 7 years in senior leadership/controller role.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control.
• Experience in strategic financial planning, treasury, tax planning, internal controls.
• Ability to optimize financial structure for operational efficiency.
• Track record in business partnering and providing financial insights.
• Involvement as a business partner with the operational team.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or controller role within a multi‑industry company.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with strong knowledge of local statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, treasury management, tax planning, and internal controls.
• Able to optimize the financial structure to support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong track record in business partnering with top management, providing financial insights to support decision‑making and drive business performance.
• Ability to be actively involved as a business partner of the operational team.
• Exceptional leadership and people‑management capabilities with the ability to build and lead high‑performing finance teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
