Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Management from reputable University
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, good organizer and administration skills
• Hard worker and can work under pressure
• Able to operate MS Office (Esp. Excel & Word)
• Good in Communication and Analytical Thinking
• Willing to be located in Head Office Ubud
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handle legal permits and administration of clients
• Assist clients in corporate law, labour regulation and customs rule
• Legal research and provide legal opinion
• Establish good relationships with external parties such as the government, notary and others
• Maintain, prepare and review all assigned external contracts and its amendments
• Supporting legal documents, Managing and liaising with bank and notary public in preparing notarial deeds for loan agreements, including registering securities in local land office.
