Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Executive at CV. Mewah Internasional Solusi in Medan. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing promotional activities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• English and Hokkien is a MUST; being able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Strong sales and marketing background.
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• Priority is given to having worked in the Bank Industries as Relationship manager, marketing officer, Export and import department which is ever dealing with custom department in government, Supply chain in Palm oil and plantation industry, and ever in jewelry industry as Relationship manager.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools.
