Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and compile SHE reports and documentation for internal and other stakeholder (government) submission.
  • Maintain and update SHE records, including EPC reports, incident logs, and engineering log sheets.
  • Coordinate with Document Control to ensure all SHE‑related documents are properly filed, tracked, and retrievable.
  • Assist in monitoring SHE data and performance indicators for reporting and analysis.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements, ensuring timely availability of accurate documents.
  • Facilitate communication between SHE Department to EPC and other project teams regarding safety documentation and reporting needs.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for SHE meetings, reviews, and trainings.
  • Provide administrative support to the SHE team to maintain smooth and efficient departmental operations.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Office Administration or a closely related occupational Safety and Health
  • Minimum have 1-3 years relevant experience in SHE administration/SHE document control
  • Understanding of document control procedures, filing systems, and data management practices
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database/document management systems
  • Knowledge of audit preparation and compliance reporting processes.
  • Basic understanding of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) principles and regulations.
  • Knowledge of audit preparation and compliance reporting processes.
  • Proficient using Ms. Office Tools – word, excel sheet, power point, Outlook, SAP

Willing to work as contract based (1 year), and this position will be placed at site office project.
