A leading hotel management company is seeking a Senior Manager, Development in Indonesia. The Senior Manager, Development, Indonesia is primarily supporting the activities of the RHG development team in the achievement of their goals by providing financial analysis of development projects and preparing financial models and various other development documents for prospective hotels - To achieve RHG Asia Pacific’s revenue and growth objectives by identifying and negotiating contracts which meet the established standards of RHG’s respective brands.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identifies, negotiates and closes hotel contracts which meet the established standards for the respective RHG’s hotel brands
2. Ensures that potential agreements meet RHG standards and requirements by evaluating opportunities and making appropriate recommendations
