Job Description
  • Operational Management: Oversee forest carbon project operations, ensure carbon measurement follows SNI 7724:2019, and manage sustainable forest management.
  • Supervision & Coordination: Lead technical field teams, coordinate carbon monitoring methods, and work with local communities, government, and project partners.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Develop GIS-based carbon monitoring systems, conduct carbon stock assessments, and compile certification reports.
  • Risk Mitigation & Innovation: Create risk mitigation strategies, develop innovations in forest management, and analyze social and environmental impacts.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Forestry.
  • Preferably has training/certifications in GIS & Remote Sensing and Carbon Management & Verification (e.g., VERRA, Gold Standard, SRN-KLHK).
  • Minimum 3–5 years in GIS & Remote Sensing (ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Engine).
  • Experience with Carbon Measurement Methodologies based on SNI 7724:2019, IPCC, and VERRA standards.
  • Loyal, detail-oriented, multitasker
  • Strong initiative and innovation
  • Good communication skills, works well under pressure
