A leading IT service provider in Indonesia seeks a sales professional to manage and develop relationships with channel partners. Responsibilities include expanding sales, conducting presentations, and motivating partners to collaborate with the product team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude are essential for achieving sales targets.
Manage and Develop Partnerships: You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with identifying potential channel partners, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service and support.
Motivate and Empower Channel Partners: You will motivate and empower channel partners to work closely with our product team. Additionally, you will collaborate with key partners to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing monthly revenue and expanding the reach of our solutions.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, solution selling, or project-based selling within the IT industry. Experience in working with government‑sector customers or well‑known local IT networking distributors/vendors will be considered an advantage.
Drive and Motivation: Highly aggressive, dynamic, and results‑driven. You must be strongly motivated to achieve targets and demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Work Ethic: Demonstrate high integrity and a target‑oriented work ethic with the ability to perform independently, requiring minimal supervision.
Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships both with partners and internal teams.
