Job Descriptions

• 1. Provides and presents detailed information of digital products and services to potential customers
• 2. Executes customer prospect activities to increase the data of prospective customers and creates activity reports
• 3. Monitoring & evaluating marketing strategic implementation
• 4. Analyze customer requirements and provide optimal product development solution
• 5. Share proposed product ideas and concepts to meet revenue goals
• 6. Communicate business requirements to the developer
• 7. Testing the product according to business needs
• 8. Work with the manager and coordinate with Project Manager in developing a project plan, resources, and schedules
• 9. Escalate to the department head if there is an analysis related to the sprint that has the possibility to be late from the timeline
• 10. Respond to product-related questions from staff in a timely and accurate manner
• 11. Generate routine and ad-hoc product reports to management
• 12. Understanding business processes
• 13. Understanding user needs regarding data analytics to be able to produce business insight

Requirements

• 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree/S1 in Management, Engineering, or Information System
• 2. Have at least 2-3 experiences
