Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop annual trade marketing plans for Modern Trade, General Trade, and e-commerce channels.
- Use data analytics (e.g., Nielsen, Power BI) to create shopper-focused strategies and benchmark against competitors.
Trade Activation & Brand Building
- Execute in-store activations, digital campaigns, and O2O programs.
- Design innovative trade programs such as loyalty schemes and bundled offers.
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
Channel & Customer Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, e-commerce) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Build strong partnerships with key accounts (e.g., Guardian, Watsons, Boots, Century).
- Initiate category growth programs with major customers.
Performance Analysis & Budget Control
- Analyze sales and shopper data to optimize ROI.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and monitor P&L performance.
- Conduct monthly reviews of trade execution and promotional effectiveness.
Merchandising & POS Excellence
- Update merchandising guidelines and develop POS tools to enhance brand presence.
- Evaluate trade programs and recommend improvements.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional projects and foster innovation.
- Drive implementation of trade marketing plans and ensure objectives are met.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in trade marketing or sales, ideally with 2-4 years in managerial roles. FMCG or beauty industry experience required; premium skincare or cosmetics preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and budget management skills.
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creativity and consumer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
