About the role

PT NEWLIFE HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager Produksi to oversee the production operations at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in North Jakarta. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, quality, and innovation within our production processes.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet sales targets and customer demands
• Manage and optimise production workflows, equipment, and resources to ensure maximum productivity
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of production supervisors and operators
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control processes, workplace safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, such as procurement, logistics and R&D, to drive continuous improvement
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on production performance and strategic initiatives
