Job summary
A leading marine solutions company is seeking a professional to support business development in Indonesia's marine segment. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, managing customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. A diploma or bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the marine industry. Strong English communication skills and an engineering background are essential for success in this role, which may involve frequent business trips within Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the marine segment.
- Marine background would be advantageous.
- Professional attitude and good management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop the business with the sales manager and marine division.
- Support after-market and spare part sales for the marine segment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Skills
Education
- Working together with the sales manager and marine division to develop the business in indonesia.
- Support Vulkan after market and sparepart sales for marine segment.
- Present and promote company product and service to existing and prospective customer.
- Build and maintain close and longterm relationship with customer.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product informations and solutions.
- Create new leads trough customer visit and identify vulkan install based with marine customer such as shipowner, shipyard, and supplier.
- Provide excellent after sales support and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfactions.
- Product presentation, Training and demonstration.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Marine Background would be advantageous.
- minimum 2 years working experience in marine segment
- Strong engineering knowlede and background
- Strong Communications in english is mandatory
- Professional attitude, good management skill & Multitasking.
- Fast learner, good teamwork, open minded, having growth mindset together and inline with the team business strategy.
- Highly frequent for business trip in Indonesia.
