About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Shop Supervisor to join our team in Bali Airport. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and directing a team of retail associates to achieve store sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Handling inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Providing hands‑on training and development to retail associates, coaching them on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the store manager to implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
• Generating and analyzing sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring the store environment is well‑maintained, clean, and visually appealing

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
