Role Description

Within the FNZ Investment Operations Function, you will be responsible for processing and settling all financial transactions made by FNZ’s clients. The team also handles corporate distributions and dividends, reconciles client positions, and resolves fund issues. You will have opportunities to work across different teams, helping you develop the skills and knowledge needed for career progression.
Role Description
Your role involves administering pension business within Customer Services, ensuring high service standards and quality. You will support colleagues with technical, compliance, or complex queries, providing coaching and training as needed. Additionally, you will assist your team manager and senior colleagues to ensure smooth team operations.
Team Responsibilities
Provide Pension Administration services to FNZ clients, including dealing with FST servicing and SIPP Cash Management activities.
