Role Overview: Working alongside the Group Financial Controller, responsible for maintaining the Group's Financial and Management Accounts.

Accountabilities of the job:

1. Preparation of the IGH S.A. and INEOS Industries Ltd consolidated statutory accounts.
2. Dealing with audit queries on IGH and Industries Groups.
3. Preparation of IGH S.A. consolidated quarterly report.
4. Managing quarterly reviews with auditors.
5. Liaising with directors for letters of support and representation to facilitate signing of UK statutory accounts.
6. Monthly review of IGH and Industries management accounts.
7. Coordinate and supervise the consolidation of annual budgets for INEOS, including preparing review slides.
8. Preparation of Group budget (desk charges and management fees).
9. Calculation of virtual debt charges.
10. Preparation of presentation slides for Group CFO and Group FC.
11. Involvement in Group refinancings, including assisting with the preparation of an Offering Memorandum.
12. Supporting ad-hoc projects, e.g., 5-year plan.
13. Lead and develop the Group Financial Accountant.
14. Work closely with Group tax and treasury teams.
15. Ensure timely reporting of Foreign Subsidiary Regulation and turnover analysis to Group Legal for submission to authorities.
16. Provide ad-hoc support to Group CFO and FC as needed.
17. Maintain and update the Group Accounting manual and support technical accounting queries.
18. Provide insights into the Group's externally reported results based on IFRS standards.
19. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet financial and regulatory reporting objectives.
20. Contribute to Group Finance projects, including acquisitions/disposals, system developments, and new standards implementation.
21. Oversee controls over reporting processes, review business submissions, and drive process improvements.
22. Plan year-end processes, liaising with external auditors and preparing audit timetables.

• Providing support for ad-hoc requests from Group CFO and FC.
