South East region.
- The role is employed 12 month FTC
- 1 day per week - preferably a Wednesday
- Some travel throughout the region is required so a driving licence and vehicle is essential

Your future, your roleAs a Hygienist/Therapist Clinical Development Advisor, you'll be:
- Advising and supporting new and existing hygienists and therapists with ways of working and working with the wider practice team
- Creating and supporting peer review groups in the area to support development, sharing of best practice, encourage communication and networking amongst hygienists and therapists
- Coaching hygienists and therapists on achieving optimal diary productivity to maximise clinical efficiency and personal earnings
- Supporting the maintenance of high clinical standards and governance as we deliver outstanding patient care
- Ensuring there is appropriate awareness of GDC Standards, NHS regulations and company policies
You will need:
- To be a GDC Registered hygienist or therapist with significant experience in general practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use technology to deliver the role in a hybrid capacity
- Proven ability to take responsibility for keeping skills and knowledge up to date
- Driving licence and vehicle
