Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence required.
  • Completion of RICS APC competencies.
  • Assist surveyors in report preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Residential APC pathway.
  • Report to Counsellor/Supervisor based on APC stage.
  • Prepare survey/valuations.

Skills

Good written and oral communication skills
Able to plan and prioritise
Excellent IT skills
Experience of Microsoft Office

Job Title: Graduate Surveyor

Location: Crowthorne House, Wokingham

Salary: £25,500.00 per annum

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Residential APC pathway
  • To report to Counsellor /. Supervisor based on APC stage
  • Complete competencies in accordance with RICS APC requirements
  • Assist surveyors in preparation of reports
  • Assist in preparation of survey / valuations
  • Develop understanding of valuation methodology
  • Develop building pathology

Skills required:

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to plan and prioritise
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • RICS exempt degree
