About the Role
As the E-commerce Specialist at Skin Cupid, you'll be integral to advancing our e-commerce strategy, spearheading initiatives to strengthen our digital presence and cement our leadership in the skincare market. Drawing on your expertise in e-commerce operations, you'll design and execute strategies that drive growth, enhance engagement, and optimize the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on increasing sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Website Management: Oversee the daily management of the company’s e-commerce website. Implement and monitor on-site promotions, category updates, and SEO optimizations. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign results to recommend improvements.
- Project Leadership: Lead and implement large-scale projects such as website redesigns, optimizations, and new feature deployments.
- Customer Experience: Use web analytics tools to understand customer behaviors. Provide insights and implement website changes to improve the customer journey.
- Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase average order value, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalization strategies.
- Marketplace Management: Support listing, updating, and optimizing product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales data. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including web developers, payment processors, and shipping partners.
- Compliance: Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proficiency with Shopify, CMS, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using various tools and dashboards.
- Experience running and analyzing A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
