We are seeking a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join us and support our extremely talented team of Social Workers to driving the service forward. You will lead and manage performance of a team and foster a culture of continuous learning and reflection of practice that inspires staff to give their best in their roles. Croydon's MASH is the 'front door' for all new referrals for children who may need early help support or children's social care intervention, making important decisions about which services children need. We are the first contact many professionals, families and members of the public have with Croydon and as such we want people to receive outstanding services from the start. We need a Team Manager who is experienced and passionate about leading the team towards achieving positive change for children and families.
