Your focus as Junior Sous Chef will be assisting the Senior
Kitchen management team in the running of the main Perch Inn restaurant kitchen,
working closely with our Executive & Head Chef to ensure the delivery of a
superb farmhouse style menu and to maintain the high standards currently in
place.

Key Responsibilities

· To run the main Perch kitchen in the absence of
the Exec. and Head Chef.

· Assist in maintaining a five-star food hygiene
rating.

· Recognise the importance wage percentage targets.

· Input in new menu planning

· Responsibility for stock & ordering

· Leading & inspiring a team of junior chefs
& kitchen assistants

Requirements.

· Proven record of delivering freshly prepared food
to a high standard.

· Motivated & focused, with a can-do approach.

· Able to work un-supervised & in possession of
strong man-management skills.
