Situated at the top of a historic building, we deliver a refined culinary experience with a modern British menu that celebrates the finest seasonal and local ingredients. WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2 years + experience in a similar role in a high quality kitchen
  • Willingness for progression to the next step within back-of-house operation
  • Ability to contribute to menus developments, recipes and their specs
  • Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
  • Experience with staff training and development
  • Experience with ordering and stock and cost margins control
