Four Seasons Tower Bridge is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and deliver world‑class dining experiences across all outlets. This is a rare opportunity to join one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels and shape the future of our gastronomic offering.
The Executive Chef forms part of the Food and Beverage leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Food and Beverage operation within the Hotel. This position will oversee and lead all culinary outlets in the Hotel, including Rotunda Bar & Lounge, Coopers Cut, Mei Ume, In Room Dining, Banqueting, and the Staff Canteen.
You will lead a talented team, ensuring consistency, creativity and excellence across every outlet. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for innovation, a commitment to sustainability, and the ability to inspire and develop culinary professionals.
Lead the selection, training, development and evaluation of kitchen employees and managers, ensuring Four Seasons standards and long‑term strategic goals are met.
Plan and develop menus across all outlets, considering product availability, cost, marketing trends and business volume; set pricing to achieve profitability and ensure consistent preparation and presentation.
Manage labour and operating costs through effective budgeting, purchasing, inventory control and creative cost‑saving strategies to maximise departmental and hotel profit.
Maintain compliance with Four Seasons and local sanitation standards, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
Implement systems to guarantee quality, portion consistency and accurate purchasing specifications; monitor operations and promote awareness of food quality.
Communicate effectively with teams and attend operational meetings to ensure coordination across departments.
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high‑end multi‑outlet environment.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands‑on approach.
Expertise in menu development, cost control and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
A creative mindset with a deep understanding of global culinary trends.
