A healthcare service provider in the UK is seeking an individual to manage claims and support the Claims Manager. This role involves planning processes for claims management and contributing to service improvement. Desirable qualifications include the ability to speak Welsh and relevant previous experience may lead to a higher starting salary. The post holder will support the Claims Manager – Claims in planning and delivering robust systems and processes to ensure that all claims are effectively managed and that their financial impact is minimised. The role involves managing a personal caseload, proactively learning from claims, and sharing lessons widely to contribute to continuous service improvement and the highest standards of patient care.
