Hourly Supervisor & Training — Are you looking for a job that offers more responsibility, more pay, and more opportunity? As an hourly supervisor you are responsible for an entire area of the store. Associates in your area will look to you for leadership direction, training, and support. You are accountable for merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance of your area.

• You will have the full support of your fellow team leads, coaches, and the store manager.
• Additional specialized training through local Walmart Academies to teach leadership skills and how to run your department.

• The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $36.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
