A Supported Living Services provider in Fenton seeks a Service Manager to lead and support a local team. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and implementing safeguarding practices. Candidates should have a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, and ideally, experience in supported living services. The role offers a salary of £31,485 plus benefits including training opportunities, additional holidays, and bonuses.
We are looking to recruit a Service Manager within our Supported Living Services based in Stoke-on-Trent. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for providing clear and structured day to day leadership, and support to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
