Extensive insurance broking experience is essential, as you will provide a comprehensive commercial experience to clients. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Excellent relationship skills, enthusiasm, and problem-solving abilities are crucial. Some team leadership or people management experience is advantageous.
