Trainee ventilation fitter (fitter's mate) wanted for works covering the south west, mostly in and around the Bristol area.

We are looking to employ 1, maybe 2 trainee fitters. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to learn a trade and are not afraid of hard work.

Our team consists of 3 fitters with over 100 years of combined experience. Due to high demand for our services over the past 2 years, we are starting to train the next generation of duct fitters.

• Anyone with prior ventilation experience as a fitter's mate is welcome to apply.
• Individuals with some site experience looking to learn and progress are encouraged to apply.
• Fully funded NVQ available for the right candidate.
• Ideally, candidates will have a valid CSCS card; assistance with obtaining one is available.
• Driving license and own transport are desirable for commuting to meeting points in Bristol, Newport, or Cwmbran.
• Home pickup and drop-off are available for candidates living in the Cwmbran and Abercarn areas.

• Wages depend on age and experience, to be discussed at the interview.
• A 3 or 6-month probationary period applies, after which NVQ training begins.
• This is an on-site job that can be physically demanding and involves working at heights.
• Pickup times are from 6 am, with return around 5 pm. Travel time to and from sites is included.
• Applicants should be punctual, committed, and willing to learn, with a readiness to work five days a week.
