The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the operational management of services_gen within our Care Group. You will work closely with Clinical Leads, Matrons, and senior managers to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role includes deputising for the General Manager and leading division-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visible leadership and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • Manage service delivery, ensuring compliance with national and local performance targets.
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
  • Drive service improvement, digital innovation, and governance compliance.

About You:

  • Relevant experience within the NHS or Healthcare
