IT Service Manager

Salary: £50K – £75K (Depending on experience)

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working

Maxwell Bond has partnered with a UK based organisation in the education and training sector, who are looking for an IT Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll be responsible for overseeing IT services and managing software suppliers.

What You’ll Do as IT Service Manager:

• Manage relationships with multiple software suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for all IT issues.
• Oversee service delivery including help desk setups, new starter onboarding, and application support.
• Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance whilst supporting partners with technology integrations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working in an MSP environment or managing multiple IT suppliers.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and managing complex applications.
• Knowledge of IT service management, security, compliance frameworks, and the ability to drive process improvements.
