Role

The market leader seeks a commercially astute Field Service Manager to lead and grow a team of Field Service Engineers, build key customer relationships and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Field Service Engineers
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers
  • Attend meetings regularly and provide customer care
  • Ensure delivery of KPI’s set out in SLA’s: resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver financial results within set budgets
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor or Team Leader
  • Experience managing Service Engineers from high‑technology capital equipment sectors (laboratory, medical, security, print press, defence, radar, etc.)
  • Commercial skills and business flair
  • Ability to foster key customer relationships
  • Skill in supporting and motivating a field service team to develop new revenue streams and increase market share across a broad product portfolio of cutting‑edge technology solutions
