Job summary
A service-focused organization in East Sussex is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a therapeutic supported accommodation service for young asylum-seeking individuals. You will ensure regulatory compliance, provide safeguarding leadership, and manage staffing to deliver high-quality, person-centered support. The ideal candidate has experience with Ofsted standards and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people. This full-time role includes a salary of £46,000 per annum and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing therapeutic supported accommodation services.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance.
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across two small homes.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
- Lead on regulatory compliance and Ofsted inspections.
