This role is available on a part-time, job-share, and full-time basis. It is a home-based position in South UK, with travel required to customer sites across London and the Home Counties. • Developing and implementing customer service strategies to reduce losses and improve risk management.
• Conducting desktop and on-site assessments aligned with technical guidelines.
• Generating reports, benchmarking, and conducting customer service reviews.
• Managing risk improvement actions proactively.
• Supporting business development efforts and contributing to thought leadership.
• Delivering risk engineering programs and providing technical support for large projects.
• Engaging regularly with business partners in London.

• Experience in property loss prevention, including Business Interruption and Natural Hazards, with a willingness to upskill in Fire Protection.
• Experience assessing high-rise buildings.
• Experience managing customer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent (desirable).
