Qualifications

• Experienced as a Registered Manager or Service Manager within Learning Disabilities or Supported Living settings.
• Able to work flexibly across multiple locations.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and operational oversight across multiple Supported Living services.
• Support and mentor Service Managers and Team Leaders.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Lead service improvement and development projects.
