The Role

• Lead and support a team of field and workshop service engineers.
• Oversee servicing, maintenance, and repair of crushing, screening, and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate daily workloads, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing technical support and aftersales service.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as aService Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Engineer.
• Strong background withheavy plant, quarrying, crushing & screening, or construction machinery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to balance hands‑on technical work with team supervision.
• Full UK driving licence.
