The Person

You’ll be someone who loves leading and supporting others and takes pride in creating spaces where children can thrive.

  • A childcare qualification (minimum Level 4)
  • At least 2 years experience managing a Nursery or similar setting
  • Level 3 Safeguarding qualification and experience with Ofsted
  • Strong organisational, communication, and people skills
  • A flexible, positive approach and a genuine commitment to inclusion
  • It’s a bonus if you know the North Kensington area or have experience working with diverse communities.
