A recruitment agency is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the team onsite in Halifax for 3 days a week. The role involves supporting IT operations by performing daily tasks on the service desk, maintaining systems and networks, and completing small projects. Candidates should have a strong IT support background, knowledge of Active Directory, and experience with Windows Operating Systems.
Qualificações
- Background working in IT support required.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP essential.
- Experience with installation, repair, and upgrade of equipment needed.
Responsabilidades
- Perform daily tasks as part of the onsite service desk.
- Maintain systems and networks for operational stability.
- Complete small low-level projects as assigned.

Service Desk Analyst onsite in Halifax 3 days per week.
