Job summary

A successful accountancy firm in Oxford is seeking a Support Analyst to join their IT team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for approximately 500 users, resolving helpdesk queries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have some commercial experience in a similar role, familiarity with ITSM platforms, and strong troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• Some prior commercial experience in a 1st line Service Desk role or similar.
• Ideally, some experience with an ITSM platform such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.
• Basic Active Directory experience, along with Windows, Microsoft 365, etc.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic network issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support on a busy helpdesk.
• Deal with IT issues and helpdesk queries.
• Investigate resolutions or escalate to 2nd line support.

Skills

Commercial experience in 1st line Service Desk

Experience with ITSM platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira)
