Salesforce System Manager (Non Profit)
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in London is seeking a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert to assist with a global charity's Salesforce implementation. The role involves hands-on management of the Salesforce system, user training, and data quality assurance. Ideal candidates will have Salesforce administration experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector, and be proficient in managing third-party software. This opportunity also offers a chance to influence a meaningful implementation in the charitable sector.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce Admin experience with configuration and flows.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in managing data quality and assurance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build new Salesforce systems.
- Support the onboarding and training of Salesforce users.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.
Skills
Mason Frank are currently partnered exclusively with a Global charity who are beginning their new Salesforce implementation. They are looking to bring in a SME to work alongside their Salesforce Partner. This role offers the perfect opportunity to remain hands on whilst managing an implementation & System!
- Maintain and build new Salesforce system alongside SF Partner
- Support onboarding & Training of Salesforce Users
- Act as internal & external SME for Salesforce
- Manage data quality & assurance
- Manage third party software such as Form Assembly
- Hands on Salesforce Admin experience working hands on with configuration & flows
- Salesforce Certified (Nice to have)
- Non profit industry experience (Grant management nice to have)
- Data management experience
