- Collaborate Globally: Work with OEMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape product development and market penetration strategies.
- Drive Growth: Implement data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and capture market share.
- Lead the Lifecycle: Manage products from introduction to obsolescence, ensuring commercial excellence every step of the way.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Technology Deployment, or Product Management-ideally in specialty chemicals or lubricants.
