Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise product-led growth initiatives that align with overall business goals.
• Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and iterations to improve conversion rates and user experience across the product lifecycle.
• Leverage digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) to support product growth strategies.
• Monitor key growth metrics and user behaviour analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance.
• Identify and scale new customer acquisition channels through continuous testing and iteration.
• Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to inform growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in writing clear, actionable, and technically sound product specifications and user stories using Jira.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests to inform product decisions.
• Proficient understanding of analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data to guide product development.
• Confidence in presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset focused on measurable impact.
• Strong experience using Excel for analysis.
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth through strategic product improvements.
